Cornwall Sports Partnership - Board

If you have the desire to help make a real difference to peoples' lives and believe that sport and physical activity is part of the solution, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

We are currently seeking to make a small number of key appointments from people who share our ambition and are able to use their skills, experience and connections to help us realise our ambition.

If you have  a passion for sport and physical activity, this is an exciting time to be considering joining us;

• We have an ambition for a 10% increase in engagement in sport and physical activity in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly which means  50,000  people more active by 2020 as part of a drive to get everyone active.

• A new national strategy challenges sport and physical activity to make a greater contribution to social outcomes important to Cornwall, impacting on physical, mental and social wellbeing.

• The above to be achieved in a challenging funding environment

We are particularly keen at this time to hear from people who can assist with our 'commercial ' or 'marketing and communications' approach.

Achieving our ambition will make  a significant contribution to improved physical and mental wellbeing, individual, social and community development as well as contributing to the local economy.

Cornwall Sports Partnership

We have a successful track record in developing strategic partnerships, programme delivery, collaborative working and championing the impact of sport and physical activity through a network of unrivalled connections.
