Every Contact Counts

We have teamed up with the Health Promotion Service as part of our commitment to supporting the health and well‐being of the population of Cornwall.

Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is an approach to improving health and reducing health inequalities developed by the NHS and local government. It is a way of encouraging and helping people to make healthier lifestyle choices and to achieve positive long-term behaviour change.

Through the delivery of face to face training they aim to increase the skills, knowledge and understanding that underpin and encourage healthier lifestyle choices across the county and beyond.

They are delivering the following Behavior Change workshops:

FREE MECC training

Cost: Free
Time: 10:00 - 16:00 (please register at 9:45am)
Lunch: Refreshments and lunch will be provided
