Barguse have been offering a specialist programme of riding, Take Back The Reins (TBTR), since 2012 aimed at adults who would like to reap the benefits of equestrian sport.
"Take Back The Reins has been hugely successful for adults who want to start horse riding; not only has it helped people to tone up and get fit but the groups that have taken part have loved the social side of the course. There are so many beneficial aspects from fitness to learning new skills" explains Lisa.
The TBTR programme has been designed by the British Equestrian Federation's participation brand, Hoof, to make the first steps into the saddle as easy and care free as possible. Each TBTR course consists of a seven week series of lessons and is tailored to the individual.
