3-2-1....GO!

321 Routes

Cornwall Sports Partnership, through Run Cornwall, is setting up running specific routes in the county called 321 routes.

Aimed at everyone from beginners to experienced runners the routes that are 3, 2 & 1 miles, kilometres or laps will provide a meaningful challenge to help more people get running when it best suits them.

3-2-1 is Run England's project which aims to provide a range of marked out running or jogging routes across the country that anyone can have a go at. It's a way of providing a meaningful challenge to help more people to get running when it best suits them.

Tehidy Country Park has set up 3 routes; 1km, 2km and a 3km route of which the details of these routes can be found here.

Other routes are also in the process of being completed which can be found at Lanhydrock National Trust, Newham Trails in Truro, Mineral Tramways near Carn Brea, Newquay, Godolphin and Penrose National Trust sites.
