£4,000 grant secured to help develop new sports activities in Mullion

sported. is delighted to announce that through ongoing one-to-one business support and a grant of £3,980 from the charity, YMCA Mullion have launched their new sports club for young people on Friday evenings, at the YMCA Mullion centre on Nansmellyon Road, Mullion, Cornwall.

With the support of sported. Mentor Janet Spreadborough, YMCA Mullion has produced a three year development plan that outlines their long term vision of creating sustainable sports opportunities at the centre.

The  new sports club for 11 to 19 year olds, runs from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Friday evenings and costs only 50p to attend. Young people will have the opportunity to participate in numerous sports activities including basketball, dance, water sports and football.
