Christians Against Poverty –  you don’t have to be Christian to use this service, they welcome all. They may be able to help with energy bills by issuing a voucher.


Cornwall Neighbourhoods For Change may be able to offer an energy voucher and give you some advice.


Ofgem offers advice and guidance on what to do and who to contact if you can’t afford your energy bills.


Turn2Us offers advice and has an online grant calculator to let you know if you may be entitled to help with your energy bills.


Community Energy Plus is an award-winning social enterprise that provides complete energy answers to help householders in Cornwall enjoy warmer, energy efficient homes as part of a more sustainable future.


The British Gas Energy Trust

This Trust can consider applications for the clearance of domestic electricity/gas debts. They will need a letter from an appropriate professional, e.g., health visitor, social worker or advice worker, confirming the need.

Payment will be considered for a new boiler where supporting letters from appropriate professionals confirming the need are provided.
